Formerly known as the Community Care Clinic, the HHC Free Clinic provides healthcare to low-income, uninsured persons for chronic and acute illnesses
— no copay required!
Patients have access to high-quality services that include primary care, specialty care, mental health services, disease management, and continuity of care. We provide these services with both in-house medical providers and volunteer providers.
There are no narcotics on the premises in the Clinic or the Pharmacy.

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES
The Clinic can only accept patients who are uninsured. If you have any type of medical insurance (private, employer, ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), the Clinic cannot provide any medical or mental health services.
A photo ID and income verification are required.
