About the Role
The Clinic Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for comprehensive administrative and operational management of our healthcare clinic. This position requires a strategic blend of healthcare knowledge, administrative expertise, and compassionate patient support. The position reports to the Chief Health Officer and operates within the broader health services team.
Primary Responsibilities
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare administrative experience
Proven experience in patient care coordination and healthcare navigation
Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
Registered Nurse
Bilingual capabilities
Experience with nonprofit or charitable healthcare organizations
Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Advanced knowledge of North Carolina healthcare regulations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Compensation and Benefits
- - Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position
- Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 (commensurate with experience)
